One membership covers up to 2 coaches and 20 athletes or assistants. Memberships are activated within 2 business days after submission.

Prepare the roster

Use the workbook’s seven required columns for every person on the roster:

  • Legal first and last name
  • Individual email address
  • Gender and date of birth
  • USSA number and role

Upload a completed XLSX or CSV roster, up to 5 MB. The file is stored privately and validated before the membership enters the cart.

The roster is checked before the membership enters your cart, then retained in private storage for fulfillment.
